How to Add Health Diagnosis
Health Diagnosis may be added after you have signed up for an account. Check the "How to sign up for an account" page, if you need assistance.
Step 1
You can add a veterinary diagnosed or observed health conditions by accessing the edit page.
1. On your dog’s page go to the menu icon (the three stacked lines) to the right of your dog's name.

2. A pop up will show. Click on the ‘edit’ option
Steps 3 & 4
3. The full edit page will pop up with 5 tabs across the top named “basic information, health diagnoses, shows, litter-ads, and documents”.
4. When you click on the Health Diagnoses tab, the Health Diagnoses edit page will pop up. Included on the page is a full listing of health diagnoses categories.
Step 5
Clicking on the menu icon (a.) to the left of a category brings up data fields on the right side of the page.
Add the date of onset or diagnoses, then click on menu icon (b.) and select through for the specific named condition in the category chosen.
Steps 6 & 7
6. If the health diagnosis you want to report is not included in the predetermined listings OR if you want to add more information on treatment, there is an ‘additional information’ category and the bottom of the health diagnoses categories.
7. Once the information is filled in click save and close at the bottom of the popup.
**Please note: Your additions or changes will be sent for administrative approval. The new entries will be checked and verified by our administrators before being shown in the database.
